The iconic Jordan Brand was reaching its 30th Anniversary. Quite a feat for a brand. Quite a challenge for us. The only way we knew how to celebrate such a big name — both the company and the man — was to go big ourselves.
We answered the call by targeting the two most important basketball cities in the country. In Chicago, we illuminated a giant Jumpman image on the face of the Prudential Building. In New York, we took over the Hotel Pennsylvania for an award-winning pop-up experience featuring outdoor lighting design, towering signage and groundbreaking interactive effects.
Our efforts gained major traction: tens-of-thousands of photos, videos and reposts and innumerable write-ups on prominent media outlets, fan sites and blogs. Go big, indeed.
